When I start the computer the Dell logo shows up and then it says "Preparing Automatic Repair", then goes briefly to a blue screen and then re-starts doing the same thing.
On the third re-start it lands on a blue screen and states "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info The computer freezes on this screen.
