But the theme named 'Tale of Cities' is not showing up in the Personalization Options. My 'Current Theme' is still 'Custom'.
Then I got to thinking, I've imported a bunch of themes, from the likes of Paul Thurrott, etc So what I'm asking is If I have a theme file, and I want to add it to my collection without applying it right now, where do I put it so that Windows sees it and displays it in the Personalization list?
