Thank you so much for your help. You may have to do a "clean" install reformat the hard drive and reinstall everything to get it to that point. Many programs integrate so much into the Operating System files, registry, etc that the only way to completely remove it is to reinstall. Boy, Microsoft sure knows how to get on and stay on your systems. Review the information at this Microsoft site. I think Windows XP is supported.
